Samar State University (SSU) recently held its 3rd Quarter Board of Regents (BOR) Meeting led by BOR Vice Chairperson and University President Dr. Redentor S. Palencia. The meeting brought together SSU officials and members of the Board to discuss key institutional matters. More than just deliberations, the gathering was marked by heartfelt appreciation from the entire SSU community toward Dr. Ethel Agnes Pascua-Valenzuela, outgoing Chairperson of the SSU Board of Regents and Commissioner of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
